Went to County Market and bought shark meat. They're not that expensive, but I haven't had shark meat before, so I was really curious. I tried googling up recipes for shark steaks and seems like soy sauce + Worchester sauce make the best combination. Well... despite that, I still feel that shark meat is way too fishy for me. I'm not a big fan of it. Maybe I cooked it wrongly...?
While I'm still in the mood for fish, I made some ikan balado (Indonesian traditional fish and chili dish) with catfish nuggets. They're not the best choice of fish meat for this dish but it worked pretty well.
I really miss real Indonesian food *cries*
