Thinking does need time afterall

I looked at my food photo album and I realized the significant decrease in the number of photos I uploaded. It's not hard to guess why: I just didn't make fancy food nowadays.

The biggest reason, I would assume, is the fact that I don't have enough time to sit down and think. Back at school, it's easy to find free time in between classes (or sometimes during classes) to think about bento design or what I was craving for. Roughly about 3 months ago I was so big into trying to cook Eastern European food just because I think they are fancy (like, I have never had those before and I couldn't find places nearby to get them).

Mini toasted wheat, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato pesto sauce, grape tomato, and panda toothpicks

My creativity level has dropped to the point where I am solely depending of food "accessories" to decorate the food.

Leftover fried chicken, franks, green peas, anchovies and rice

My lunch box for the other day? Very far from fancy. They are colorful, but not fancy.

Even if I have free time during my work day, I'm never alone. I don't eat lunch alone, and I don't feel like sketching bento designs at work because I always have things to do and I enjoy them.

I should set aside a day after work to sit down and think of nothing but designing, but forcing myself to be creative normally doesn't work.

I need inspirations >.<
